5 sweet little girls

These little Pratt family cousins had such a great time together in Utah! I was so impressed the way that bigger ones helped with the younger ones, and how much those little ones LOVED their older cousins. I can't help but look at these pictures and just smile!

Chloe's first time in the pool!

Another visit to the water park, but this time Chloe got to go in the water! She was absolutely loving it! She just kicked her feet in the water and looked around at all the other kids, and as you can see she was knocked out by the end!

Thanksgiving Point

Every Summer we make a trip to the Thanksgiving Point petting zoo while we are in Utah. It was so cute to see all the kids feeding tha animals, This is another first for Riley, and she was loving all of it, I thought she would be scared! The kids also got to ride the horses, which was a thrill for all! They had all the new babies there too - so adorable! We then went to the super good cafe inside. A highlight of our visit was getting to see my good friend Melissa & her 2 girls. She moved away from San Jose last October, which was TOTAL bummer, but I'm glad I'll get to see her on our visits to Utah.

get your game on!

Bowling is a game that we love to take the kids to, so we went to BYU's gaming center in Provo. This was Riley's first time trying to bowl. She kept trying to pick up the bowling balls, but with little success, she tried only 3 times and actually managed to knock down a few pins, then quickly went to try skeeball. It was so cute, she never made it in any of the skeeball holes, but screamed "YEA - I did it" everytime it went in the bottom gutter, I guess thats success for a 2 year old.

My nephew Conner brought his video games to Utah. The official family favorite is GUITAR HERO! We have loved playing this, even Grandma tried a few, but not too successfully - oh and Traci you're not too hot either, but good effort! Conner still kicks every ones tush. And the rest of the kids just dance while the music is playing - good times... April's first Time - she did better than me - whats up with that?

Do you see the confused look?? Her song failed every time, from lack of Guitar Hero skills

I'm pretty serious about this game . . . Conner keeps telling me I stink at it - I WILL beat him!

Sweet Haleigh dancing away to the music

Conner beating us with ease - and he likes to tell everyone how good he is at it - its quite annoying!

Family Swimming Time

We took all the kids to go swim at the little city pool by our parents, which is really fun! Riley had a blast going down the slide with Aunt Traci, she would scream "weeeeee" the whole way down. They all had so much fun just splashing around with each other. Meanwhile, Chloe sat with Grandma in the shade, so that I could take Riley in the pool - that was really helpful! It was a super fun day, but we were all sooo exhausted by end!

Our Road Trip to Utah

Yesterday, my sister Traci and I (with the kids) left for Utah. 12 HOURS later we made it. This was Chloe's first trip to Utah, the picture here shows her sleeping, but that was certainly not the case for most of the trip. She would only sleep for a half hour at a time, then would be awake for about an hour, and I had to put on a song and dance just to keep her from crying. It wasn't as awful as I thought. Riley on the other hand was a champ! We watched movies, slept, ate snacks, made pictures from the clouds, told funny stories, tried to ignore Chloe crying, and stared at the beautiful (and BORING) landscape. We're sad that Daddy couldn't come for another week, but we'll put up plenty of pictures so he can know exactly what we're doing (and how much money we're spending :) We're glad to be here, and spend some quality time with the Pratt family!
