Went to the beach (Brrrr)

Watched fireworks

Went to Hurricane Harbor

(All on different Days of course)

And just had fun!!!

Keeping Busy in the AZ Heat!

2015 was our first FULL summer in Arizona!  I tried really hard to keep these kids busy, and not watch TV all day or have them beg me to take them swimming every second. 

Here are just a few of the things we did...

Riley and Chloe are busy ladies!

This year my girls have been involved in Swim Team and Jazz Dance.
Here are pics of their recitals and their meets,  Riley says that after this she never wants to do dance again.  They also tell me that they don't want to swim either!!  Whatever!  They will swim every summer now that we are Arizonans.  Its just what we do.  I will admit that swim has been hard for them.  The coaches make them swim non stop, and I can imagine its very very draining! But I noticed a huge growth over the 6 weeks, and I am very proud of them, in Dance also!!  Aren't they Dolls!?!

Easter 2015

A great Easter this year!  My parents were here with us,  We had a little scavenger hunt for the kids, that had a little spirituality in it,  which was really cool.  It was a letter from The Easter Bunny,that spoke of Jesus!  I thought it was  a clever way to engage the kids,

My Riley figured out the Easter Bunny wasn't real this year :(  She wasn't too upset, she just wanted to be sure that she will still get the goods!!

Riley's 9th Birthday

We found ourselves in Utah for Riley's birthday this year!  She chose to go with her cousin Lauren to a golf/arcade type place.  They had a really good time (I hope)!  And then we we met the family at Golden Corral afterwards.  I was not crazy about the idea of this place.  Once I walked in and saw the dessert section, I knew exactly why she wanted to come!  They had a chocolate fountain!!   It was a good day

Happy Birthday to the one who is the most responsible kid ever!  The one who is always quick to apologize.  The one who bears her testimony every Sunday in church.  The one who wants to know everything about Harry Potter.  The one who loves playing with friends all day. The one who likes to throw me a little attitude.  The one who is shamefully honest,  The one with beautiful long blonde hair and long skinny legs,  The one who wants to ride horses.   The one with the good sense of humor.  The one who can't help but smile.  We luuuuves you forever!!

Chase's 4th Birthday

This year we were in Utah for Spring Break, so we threw Chase a little party, with our extended family and cousins!
When I asked him what kind of birthday he wanted, he immediately, said Ninja Turtle.  Which is funny, because we have never even seen that show.  He must have had some influence from friends,  But whatever, we gave him a par-tay!

Happy birthday to the one who has the most energy in the house,  The one who's sentences can last for about 5 minutes.  The one who wants to know how things work.  The one who already knows how to maneuver through netflix.  The one who has the best smile,  The one who is pretty naughty at church,  The one who cuddles with me at the drop of a hat,  My first boy,  We love you forever!

Mikes Birthday

Mike is only 39 years old.  But we'll take any excuse for a date night!!  Its our first year is AZ, so we enjoy trying out new places.  We found a Brazilian Steakhouse in Scottsdale.  It was really delicious (and expensive).  Happy B-day to love guy I will Love Forever!
